RECIPE: Decaf Pumpkin Spiced Latte
TIME: 10 minutes
1C roasted dandelion root tea or decaf coffee
1/4C coconut milk (full fat, from a can)
1T pumpkin puree (from a can)
1/2T pure maple syrup
1/8t true cinnamon
1/8t all spice
1 pinch nutmeg
Brew tea or coffee to your liking.
Place brewed tea or coffee into a high speed blender, along with all other ingredients and blend on medium to high for 30 seconds or until frothy.
Pour into a mug and enjoy!
Don’t like tea or coffee, but love espresso? Sub for 2 shots of decaf espresso + 1/2C coconut milk (from a carton), or your favourite non-dairy substitute.
Don’t have the individual spices listed? Sub 1/2t pumpkin pie spice for all spices + more cinnamon in or on top, if you like cinnamon as much as I do.
