Your body, as an entity, including your mind, spirit and soul, is yours to discover. All its physical processes and abilities, including aches and pains, mental ups and downs and signs and symptoms exist for a reason and have many possible influences, and I'm here to help you figure out what they all mean.
Holistic nutrition refers to an all encompassing view of health and lifestyle. A holistic approach to health involves assessing and correcting symptomatic imbalances within your body while addressing it as a continuous unit. In conjunction with the physical body, it also takes into account the mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of your health and well-being. The goal is to correct imbalances and adjust your lifestyle so you can manage your health and enjoy life in the long term.

Understand that you have to be ready to make sustainable change in your life. You will potentially have to shift the way you view health and your body in order to allow for acceptance and exploration of holistic approaches. Being open to adjusting your diet and lifestyle as your health requires takes guts, but is really worth it in the end. Know that healing takes time and isn't something you can put on the back burner. PERSONALIZED NUTRITION SESSIONS
Private sessions aimed at identifying your body’s state of health, your roadblocks, your nutritional goals, and your body’s nutritional needs so you can feel rebalanced and confident in maintaining your health for the long-term. Conducted one-on-one either in person or virtually.
Sessions are 1-hour in length.
"I had the pleasure of meeting Jacqueline this past spring when I contacted her for nutrition counselling and advice about my psoriasis flareup. I had just returned from 2 weeks in Mexico and was experiencing digestive and skin issues. I have always struggled with food and skin sensitivities and was diagnosed with Psoriasis in 1980 and later, with Celiac disease in 2007. With Jacqueline's gut healing protocol, I learned how to eat organic and clean, but more importantly, that what I put into my body can contribute to inflammation or to healing.

Jacqueline also suggested some ways to schedule in "me" time during my work week by teaching me how to work more efficiently. I was very grateful for this!
