ESSENTRICS is a full-body, dynamic stretching and strengthening program that elongates and strengthens the muscles and opens up the joints of the body while improving posture and flexibility, increasing energy, preventing injury and relieving pain.

Using elements of Tai Chi, ballet, and physiotherapy, ESSENTRICS is a movement-based workout incorporating a mix of standing and floor work using only the body's weight and resistance. It increases range of motion, and protects and supports the body preparing it for complementary forms of movement.
